• Profit Sharing Retirement

  Profit Sharing is a 100% employer-funded retirement program for our employees. Unlike 401k programs, the employee does not have anything deducted from their check. Restrictions apply. See a manager at your local McDonald's for details.

• Good Grades Bonus

  We value educational achievement!! High School students working for us who have a 3.0 or better semester average can qualify for a bonus of up to $100 per semester.

• College Scholarships

  We support our employees' higher educational goals! Partial scholarships are available to selected local universities and community colleges. Amounts range from $500 - $1000 per semester.

• Paid Vacations

  Employees who work 37.5 hours per week or more can qualify for a one-week paid vacation. Other qualifying restrictions apply.

• Flexible Hours

  At McDonald's, your work hours are flexible. If you are a student, we can work around your school functions and other activities. If you need a second job for extra income, McDonald's is a great opportunity.
